Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice in order to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Less than a 48 hour notice will result in a charge 50% of reserved appointment(s). No shows will be charged 100% of service amount.
All deposits are nonrefundable and are applied toward the scheduled service. Providing 48+ hours’ notice prevents an additional cancellation fee but does not make the deposit refundable.
